the moon sheds its tears
silver bright on wispy clouds
as morning dreams light

A moonchild, like me…and influences my mood and spirit greatly. Brilliant Robert x
Yes, it’s so true… I am all about the moon! I would have to say that all my haiku efforts have made me “all about” the moon, dragonflies, clouds (well I was already that!, and stars, too), butterflies, nature in so many ways…)
Being so much into haiku has… hmmm… I am really a haiku poet now! I realize that! I’m so into nature, even more than I used to be… That’s a very good thing! :):):)
Woww.. how lovely! Made me think that the moon never wanted us to part with her… aaahhh, gotta wait another day now to get back to her!
Beautifully played, R…
Kavita, you are hooked now. A moon lover, like I am. lol
Thanks, Charles. I was on a really good roll this morning. It helps when I actually get some rest! :) lol This one almost rolled off the keyboard, and I wrote a nice variation of it on another blog.
Well, I appreciate you comments! Many haiku I write, such as this one, aren’t just made up out of my head. It was a response to the moon and clouds this morning.
What a beautiful image…I could see the light on the clouds…well said my friend.
