That’s right. Melody told me that sometimes the kettles can contain a thousand birds! Wow! That would just be amazing!
And a group of dragonflies is a fetch. I wrote a couple of haiku about them. One of those ku is here, I believe. I have a dragonfly fetch that lives in my backyard garden! Isn’t that too cool? :)
That is very cool, I love dragonflies…I think they bring good luck too :) x
If dragonflies bring good luck, then I’m probably in for some of it! :):):) I have about 20 or so that live in my backyard garden!
Had to write a new haiku about this event, now that I know what these big migratory “flocks” of hawks are called! A kettle! Thanks again to Melody Wainscott for knowing :)
If I never get to see another kettle, I’ll always remember the one I did see…
